The singer was the first to get on the Genoese White Cross ambulance: “A form of respect for those who cannot or do not intend to get vaccinated”
Genoa – «Giving a tampon service is a form of respect for those who cannot or do not intend to get vaccinated “. Enrico Ruggeri was the first tonight to get on the Genoese White Cross ambulance and undergo the swab, before his concert.
It is an illustrious baptism of a novelty: why from this evening, at the ancient port, the tampon is offered to all those who participate in the concerts scheduled, from now to the end of the summer, in the program of the shows. A service offered by Porto Antico itself, by Marco Poggioni’s “Joe & Joe” who takes care of the program of initiatives and with the collaboration of the Genoese White Cross.
For the Gio Evan concert (on 7 August) and Ron (on 10 August) the spectators had been less than half of the expected. This, the organizers affirm, due to the crux of the need for the Green pass, also for outdoor concerts, introduced from 6 August. From this evening, August 14, then, the novelty of the buffer offered to the spectators of Ruggeri’s concert. “They explained to me that in previous dates there was less influx between those who are afraid and those who say ‘I don’t want to submit to the Green pass’, which are quite a few. It will not be a summer of overcrowding both for medical reasons but also for political reasons », says Ruggeri.
Today was the day of the controversy over the concert without masks and distances of Psalm: «He too will have suffered. He certainly does not do concerts where you are happy if everyone is seated. Even Bugo got angry because people couldn’t get up », reflects Ruggeri. And it was, today, in Genoa, above all the day of commemoration of the 43 victims of Morandi, three years later. With the memory from the stage made by the singer-songwriter: «A terrible date. In these cases there is always fear of falling into rhetoric but in the end what we can say is that we must all work so that these tragedies never happen again. Of course for those who have lost a loved one this is very little ”.
THE free pads will go on for all upcoming concerts at the Porto Antico: from Loredana Bertè (August 18) and for all dates up to Pucci (September 7, the date of recovery from the concert that had been canceled due to bad weather).
