Game of thrones will have another spin-off series apparently, with a focused on Jon Snowas revealed in recent days: in the past hours, even the original author of the Song of Ice and Fire, George RR Martinhe had his say on the new series, confirming that he is working on it too, of course.
The man everyone would like to work on the endless books of his fantasy saga has made yet another television commitment, it seems: as reported in a post on his official blog, George RR Martin is actively collaborating on writing and production of the new series on Jon Snow, along with the other three spin-off series that see him always involved, in addition to House of the Dragon.
Martin also explained that the Jon Snow series is in fact the only one to represent a following directed of the TV series of Game of Thrones, destined to tell events subsequent to those seen in this one, obviously focusing on Jon Snow and his new condition reached at the end of the episodes seen.
The series is currently identified simply as “Snow”, awaiting an official title. They are flanked by this three more series: “Ten Thousand Ships” which should focus on Nymeria, with a project led by Amanda Segel, then “Sea Snake or Nine Voyages” (title to be defined, also in this case), or a series focused on Corlys Velaryon by Bruno Heller and then “The Hedge Knight or Knight of the Seven Kingdoms” which is an adaptation of Dunk and Egg, starring Steven Conrad.
Martin also confirmed that the John Snow TV series was born of a ‘idea by Kit Harington, the actor who plays the character in question, who seems to have also provided a first elaborate on the subject that convinced everyone. The writer cannot say, of course, if this project will also come to fruition or if it will be canceled as a success in the Flea Bottom series, but surely there are good hopes that Snow will come to an end.
