Last Tuesday 28 May, the technical round table promoted by ANGI – National Association of Young Innovators on the theme “Innovation, mobility of the future, transport, logistics and the European green deal” took place in the prestigious setting of the Chamber of Deputies. The aim of the initiative was to compare experts, academics, companies and institutions on the prospects and opportunities of the world of future mobility, energy transition and smart cities.
Opening the proceedings were the ANGI delegates represented by the President Gabriele Ferrieri, the DG Francesco Paolo Russo and the member of the scientific committee Alessandro del Frate. Institutional greetings from the Hon. Vigna President of the European Affairs Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.
The following spoke to take stock of the institutional vision and the state of execution of ministerial and citizen projects: Carla Messina, Official of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport; Gianpiero Ruggiero, Chief Technologist and Mobility Manager CNR; Giulia Monteleone, Director of the Energy Technologies and Renewable Sources Department of Enea; William Nonnis, Technical Operational Analyst for digitalisation and innovation at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, PNRR Mission structure.
Regarding the vision of the business world, several operators spoke to illustrate the strengths and weaknesses between investments, renewable sources, security and future mobility, in particular: Gabriele Ferrazzano, Head of Development Smart Mobility Enilive; Stefano Sordelli, Future Mobility Director at Volkswagen Group Italia; Rocco Mammoliti, Head of Cyber Security Readiness Unindustria, CISO Poste; Domenico De Rosa, SMET President.
Representing trade associations and experts from the academic world, the interventions of: Domenico Borello, Full Professor at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Sapienza University of Rome in the Energy and Energy Systems sector were of notable importance. Environment; Tommaso Saso, Professor at the G.Marconi University and President of Manageritalia Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Sardinia and Umbria; Luca Tatarelli, Defense Report Director; Gianmaria Castori, Vice President of the Fermerci Association with responsibility for rolling stock and maintenance workers, Commercial Manager Alpha Trains; Federico Fiaschi, Aicai General Secretary; Andrea Boraschi, Director of the Italian Transport & Environment Office.
