From Sonora, a fugitive from justice in the United States is transferred

The authorities in charge of the administration of justice They carried out the transfer of Héctor Francisco “N“, individual wanted for the commission of a homicide in United States territory, from Hermosillo to Nogales, Arizona. The operation, led by the Ministerial Criminal Investigation Agency (AMIC) in conjunction with the National Migration Institute (INM), took place on April 6.

Héctor Francisco “N” was detained in the Federal Center for Social Reintegration (CEFERESO) number 16 in Hermosillo, Sonora, for various crimes. After his release, the authorities proceeded with his transfer in accordance with international collaboration agreements on justice.

The fugitive, originally from Arizona, was taken to the Dennis DeConcini border port, located between Nogales, Sonora, and Nogales, Arizona, where he was handed over to US authorities to respond to the arrest warrant against him, according to published information. by the Attorney General's Office of the State of Sonora (FGJES).
