Fred De Palma, 31-year-old singer who is having great success in the last period, has chosen to let off steam (and he is not the first, let alone the only one) on Instagram. The reason is due to what has now characterized the whole world since the end of 2019: the so-called “new coronavirus disease”.
In recent days, despite the hoped-for improvement obtained, there has been news of the resurgence of infections. It is the new variant Delta to cause concern, so much so that some regions could return to yellow zone.
However, the improvement is there, there has been and continues to be, especially if you compare the current situation to the past few months. Predictably and as it was said, returning to live as before the pandemic is a long, difficult and delicate process.
Among the many sectors that have suffered the incredibly negative effects dictated by a unique historical period – in a negative sense, of course – of its kind, the world of arts, entertainment, music… has suffered a serious halt.

What characterizes music, art, theater, cinema, is to bring many people to get closer, from a spiritual point of view, of course, but also from a physical one. Concerts, shows, festivals, events, discos, museums ..: everything that has always allowed people to be united and close to enjoy an artistic moment, has become “impossible”, and for too long.
Those who work and are immersed in the industry have an obvious understanding of the situation. At the same time, after almost two years, there are outbursts and requests for those who live in a world forced to momentary fossilization.
Among the many, also the singer Fred De Palma intervened with a significant outburst, choosing to write what he thinks about the stories of Instagram.
Fred De Palma: “Unsustainable situation”
The singer of ‘I will reach you’ underlines how much, for someone like him who works with their passion, a situation like the one today is actually unsustainable.
What he emphasizes and criticizes Fred De Palma it is the difference in treatment between the world of music and the world of sport, especially football. However enthusiastic he is about the victory of the Italians at the Europeans, the singer remarks: “There is not only football.
Here then are the words of Fred De Palma recently published on his Instagram profile:
I’m sick of not being able to do concerts and DJ sets. Give us our life back. I want the stages. Hear you sing my songs with me. This whole situation is becoming unbearable. Delighted that we won the European Championships, but now let us do the concerts. There is not only football.
