An immigration bill is intended to inflame debates in the French National Assembly starting next year. Especially since last November 11, when for the first time France allowed a humanitarian ship, the ‘Ocean Viking’, to call at its ports. The management of the crisis was a failure and reversed the image of harshness promised by the Government of Emmanuel Macron towards migrants.
