In the Amur region, they are looking for four men who disappeared after the incident at the crossing of the Hain-Khan stream. Two cars with shift workers overturned. Five managed to escape, the fate of the rest is unknown. A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the incident.
The incident took place on the morning of June 18, 7 km from the village of Olekma. The Ural rotational vehicle transported the employees of the Energomost company. Immediately after the incident, investigators, operational officers, and rescuers were sent to the scene.
Sergei Makarov, head of the criminalistics department of the Investigative Directorate of the ICR in the region, told the Amur news service that the search has been going on for more than a month. The operation involved aircraft, small vessels, which surveyed the water area of the Hain Khan River. Quadrocopters and underwater cameras were used, but the bodies of the missing were never found.
The situation is aggravated by the fact that the territory is a habitat for wild animals; it is impossible to attract volunteer organizations to help. In this regard, the investigators decided to orient tourists going on rafting in search of any things of the missing men or their traces.
