A few days after the release of his series on Disney +, Boba Fett will arrive on the island of Fortnite on the occasion of Christmas Eve, for a new crossover with the franchise of Star Wars.
This is not the first time that the famous battle royale hosts characters coming from another media on the occasion of the release of a new chapter of the same. An example was Dunes, the new film adaptation by Denis Villeneuve, from which the skins of Paul Atreides and Chani have been taken, along with other contents.
The Book of Boba Fett will make its debut on the Mickey Mouse streaming platform starting next year December 29th. The series was announced in the season two finale of The Mandalorian, following the closing credits of the season finale.
The arrival of the bounty hunter had been anticipated by a post on the official channels of Fortnite, with a promotional image showing Boba Fett and Fennec recreating the scene with which the aforementioned season ended of the series starring Pedro Pascal.

Although Epic Games has confirmed that Boba Fett will join the roster of Fortnite, looking at the promotional image it comes natural to wonder what else will come in the game with him. There may be a content pack with other items and cosmetics related to Star Wars, most likely.
Who knows if the same Fennec (reinterpreted in the series by Ming-Na Wen) will be the protagonist of a skin for the battle royale. In the image we see her holding a hologram with the symbol of a Mythosaurus, an icon that we have already seen other times connected to the Mandalorians.
When the skin (s) arrive in the game, it will be interesting to see if they have the same level of popularity that the same Mandalorian, the protagonist of the series, enjoyed when he joined the battle royale.
