Puebla.- The FState Attorney General’s Office from Puebla This Friday, he obtained the link to the process against the former federal deputy, Benjamin Saul “N”, for two different charges, the first for the crime of rape and the second for the crimes of sexual abuse and rape.
According to what was reported by the FGE, through the first investigation, in 20018, the accused allegedly sexually assaulted the victim who was 17 years old at the time and offered to work as a driver.
As for the other fact, it would have been in 2019, when the accused allegedly sexually violated the second victim, who was 16 years old at the time, and whom he supposedly supported with a scholarship to study.

“In two different hearings, the Attorney General of the State of Puebla, through the Agent of the Public Ministry, detailed what was developed during the investigations and obtained in both cases, an order linking Benjamín Saúl N. to trial, who remains in preventive detention,” The Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement released.
