Two Dutch people were arrested in Ecuador this week on suspicion of sexual abuse of children, the Dutch Free a Girl foundation reported to ANP and the police of the South American country. It concerns former chairman Marthijn U. of the banned pedophile association Martijn and Lesley L. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms to NRC the arrest of two men aged 50 and 34 in Ecuador, but not their names.
According to Free a Girl, children regularly stayed at the house of Marthijn U. and Lesley L. in the Ecuadorian seaside town of Canoa. There they would have had to provide sexual services in exchange for sweets and money. Children were also allegedly raped under the influence of drugs during parties at the pool.

Marthijn U. has never been convicted of sexual abuse in the Netherlands, but was sentenced in absentia to six months in prison last March for continuing the pedophile association Martijn, which was banned by the Supreme Court in 2014. Lesley L., also a fugitive, was sentenced to ten weeks in prison in April, of which four weeks were suspended, for making a pornographic film with a 9-year-old boy.
At the beginning of last month, Nelson M., another prominent member of Martijn, was also arrested in Mexico. He was arrested for possession of child pornography and human trafficking.
