In the first phase of the System of Values Receivable (SVR), from the Central Bank (BC), consultations totaling R$ 4 billion were released. The second phase of the program is scheduled for May, with a new list of consultations. That is, if you have not yet been contemplated with the return of some forgotten money, this may be the time.
In total, the BC estimates that R$ 8 billion will be returned to bank customers in 2022. This Monday (07), the BC released the step-by-step guide for individuals and companies to withdraw “forgotten” money in banks . Now, citizens can also consult the balances and request the redemption of values.

In the new consultation phase, Brazilians will have access to an update on Amounts Receivable, with balances from other institutions. They are: unduly charged fees; installments or obligations related to unduly charged credit operations; closed prepaid and postpaid payment accounts with available balance; registry accounts maintained by securities brokerage firms; entities in extrajudicial liquidation; Credit Guarantee Fund; and the Credit Cooperative Guarantee Fund.

- Persons born before 1968 rescue schedule: March 7-11 – recap: March 12;
- People born between 1968 and 1983 rescue schedule: March 14 to 18 – recap: March 19;
- People born after 1983 – rescue schedule: March 21-25 recap: March 26.
