Intermittent rains, thunderstorms and up to 25 degrees Celsius await residents of the capital on Sunday, June 6. This is reported on website Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.
During the day in Moscow, it is predicted from 23 to 25 degrees above zero, as well as intermittent rains, in places with thunderstorms and cloudy weather with clearings. A cold snap is expected at night, the air temperature will be from 11 to 13 degrees Celsius.
On the territory of the Moscow region, in the daytime, it is expected from 20 to 25 degrees above zero, at night the air temperature will drop to +8 degrees.
The wind is expected in north-western and eastern directions at a speed of 5-10 m / s, in places gusts can reach speeds of up to 15 m / s. Atmospheric pressure will be 747 mm Hg.
Also, the Hydrometeorological Center announced a yellow level of weather hazard in Moscow and the region on June 6 due to wind and thunderstorms.
The day before, on June 5, the scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, announced that from Sunday, June 6, short-term rains are expected in Moscow, which, according to the specialist, were the result of the influence of the southern cyclone. He specified that in the presence of rains, the weather in the capital will remain warm.
