Aminata Diallo, former PSG player and currently without a club, has been charged with “aggravated violence” for the brutal beating of her former teammate and national teammate Kheira Hamraoui, which occurred last November.
Diallo, who had been questioned under arrest by the police since Friday morning, appeared before a Versailles judge who also accused him of criminal association.

Investigators had suspected her shortly after the assault on Hamraoui, but then he was released without charge after a first interrogation that lasted for 40 hours.

This Friday, while under police arrest, Diallo denied his participation in the events. But now the evidence is stronger, according to Le Parisien, which alludes to wiretapping among the evidence that has led to his indictment.
There are four other arrestees related to the beating – all men – who have been charged with the same charges as the 27-year-old soccer player.
Hamraoui was attacked on the night of November 4 when she was in a car driven by her then-partner in the PSG Diallo.
The vehicle was immobilized by the aggressors, who took the first one out and hit her with an iron bar on her legs, while they rebuked her, asking her if she liked sleeping with married men.
In the more than ten months that have passed since these events, several hypotheses have been considered to explain them, including the football rivalry between Diallo and Hamraoui in the style of the Nancy-Kerrigan affair. Or revenge for the relationship that the victim had with former Barcelona player Eric Abidal, with whom she met in Barcelona when they were both at Barcelona.
Abidal’s wife asked him for a divorce after the ex-soccer player’s extramarital relationship with Hamraoui was made public as a result of this shady affair.
