Football Teemu Pukki hit the only goal of the match and lifted Norwich to the top of the league

Pukki have scored five goals this season.

Norwich Teemu Pukki became the hero of his team after hitting the only goal of the match in a away game against Middlesbrough on Saturday.

Pukki started the match in exchange, but replaced Jordan Hugillin at the beginning of the second half.

Pukki finished off a quick charge from the left of the field by chipping the ball just past the home side’s keeper, making the score 1 – 1 72 minutes into the match. The hit was the fifth for the Finnish national team striker of the season.

Thanks to the victory, Norwich rose to the top of the Championship Series. The team has collected 24 points from 12 matches. Bournemouth and Bristol City lurk a point away.

Second national team striker Marcus Forss got Brentford in the shirt on the field after an hour of play, but the away game against Wycombe ended in a goalless draw.
