Football Owl Carljohan Eriksson near Allsvenskan record – Swedish championship for Helmarien Ria Öling

The zero game was already the eighth in a row for Eriksson.

Mjällbyn and the Finnish men’s national football team Carljohan Eriksson kept his goal clean for the eighth consecutive time in the Swedish Football League.

Mjällbyn according to the homepages Eriksson is only 43 minutes away from the Swedish men’s main series zero-tube record.

The record is kept in its name Håkan Svensson, who kept Halmstad’s goal intact for 808 consecutive minutes between 1999 and 2000. Home team Mjällby defeated Kalmar 4-0 in Allsvenskan on Sunday.

Eriksson’s zero-game tube is even longer if the national matches are included. He played with Huuhkaji at the beginning of September, when Finland ended up with an undefeated home draw against Wales. Eriksson blocked a penalty in the Wales match.

In Allsvenskan, he was last scored in mid-August.

Finland women’s soccer national team Ria Öling got to celebrate the Swedish championship in his club team in Rosengård.

Rosengård won the Piteå 3–2 on Sunday in Damallsvenskan, Sweden. When Häcken ended up with an undefeated away result against AIK on Sunday, Rosengård’s championship was confirmed.

Damallsvenskania is 20 laps behind, and Rosengård’s difference to second-place Häcken is seven points. There are two rounds left in the series, so Häcken can no longer overtake Rosengård.

Midfielder Öling has been regular in his team and scored five goals this season. Öling played the entire match on Sunday.

Öling has been named to the Helmari team, which will face away in Georgia in the World Cup qualifiers on 21 October and at home in Ireland on 26 October.
