The reason for the speculation is extremely simple: On Nice’s website you can find one with Kamara’s name player page.
For now, the page only reads “Glen Kamara” and his role in the club: “Player”. The birthday has been incorrectly set as Thursday’s last transfer day.
Kamara’s possible change of club has been reported at least BBC and a Scottish paper The Scotsman.
Nice is a four-time champion of the French league.
Thursday is the last day to make player transfers in Europe’s top leagues.
