Football | A completely absurd act by the referee in Sweden – he bumped the attacker and blocked the goal

Granit Maqedonci rushed towards Albin Winbo who was in the scoring position in the Swedish league.

Swedish quite questionable referee work was proven on Sunday in the main league of football, Allsvenskan.

Swedish judge Granite Macedonci shared justice in the match between Varberg and Värnamo, which had been played for a good 83 minutes, when he thrilled the audience with his actions.

Maqedonci led Varberg’s quick counterattack so eagerly that he ended up way too close to the game. When the ball bounced off the goalkeeper’s save For Albin Winbo to finish, it was already too late.

Maqedonci lost his balance and lunged at Winbo, who flew in a graceful arc to the surface of the grass. The ball ended up back in the possession of the opposing team.

Swedish Discovery’s Twitter account reacted strongly to the situation.

“What the hell is the judge doing? At what level are we playing here? Why is he running so far?” One commenter wrote in disgust.

“Did the judge have Tulosveto closed?” Another thought.

Maqedonci’s tumbling didn’t cost Varberg any points, as it already led the match 2–0 at the moment of the collision. Winbo was able to score a 3-0 goal in the final moments, so he got a refund for the situation.
