The decision has affected passengers with scheduled flights both to and from Israel, with United Airlines and Air India leading the list of carriers that have adjusted their operations.

In the case of United Airlines, The flight scheduled for this Monday to Tel Aviv such as the leg from Washington-Dulles International Airport to Amman, Jordan, scheduled for the following Tuesday.

However, the airline has resumed services between Newark Liberty International Airport and Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.

For its part, Air India has postponed its flights to and from Tel Aviv until next Saturday. This decision has had a significant impact on travelers, given that the company operates approximately five weekly flights to the Israeli capital, according to data from Flightradar24.

The United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Etihad Airways have resumed operations, while others such as Swiss and Finnair have chosen to indefinitely suspend their flights to and from Tel Aviv until further notice.

Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines plan to resume their flights next Tuesday, while KLM and EasyJet have set similar dates for the resumption of their services.
