Disney has decided to delay the production of “pole to pole” a documentary series starring Will Smith that was going to reach National Geographic, but that has also been affected by the incident at the Oscars with Chris Rock. According to the report, the docuseries, which was to show Smith traveling around the world, would now arrive until next fall in the United States.
Smith’s Westbrook Studios, founded by the actor with his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, signed a five-year deal with Disney’s Nat Geo in 2021.
