During a recent livestream dedicated to Final Fantasy XIV, the producer of the game and of Final Fantasy XVI, Naoki Yoshida, provided an update regarding the status of work on the next chapter of the historic Square Enix JRPG series.
Although the game was not present at the last E3 and it will not even be at the next Tokyo Game Show, Yoshida spoke comforting words and daughters of an appreciable logic. Currently the work on the script has been completed and the dubbing is almost finished. The reason why the updates regarding the game are so sparse is easy to say: Yoshida does not want to show the game in bites and bites and his intentions the next time he does will be in a period close to the release date, and in a mode that will make players scream “I WANT IT NOW!”
Final Fantasy XVI is scheduled exclusively (temporal?) On PlayStation 5. How long are you waiting for it? Tell us on our Facebook group!
