Through an official press release, Square Enix has announced through its platforms that the release of Final Fantasi VI Pixel Remaster it was postponed to next year, more precisely to February 2022.
With less than two weeks ahead of the new year, fans began to wonder when the latest entry in the series would arrive Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster, which since last July has revived the first titles of the iconic videogame series with a more refined sector, while remaining in the style of 16 bits.
Final Fantasy VI it is probably the title that fans have been waiting for with the most ecstasy of the entire collection. After being announced last month with a presentation trailer, here comes a news that will not make fans very happy.
The title has been postponed in order to allow the major to refine the product in the best possible way, in order to deliver in the hands of the players the best experience possible. Below you will find the press release in question:

Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster it will cost € 17.99 and will be available for iOS And Android at launch, while the PC version will have pre-purchase bonus, already announced by Steam (you can see the complete list by clicking on this link).
Released in 1994 for Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Final Fantasy VI was the last chapter of the saga that exploited 16-bit and enjoyed a good success with audiences and critics, proposing a more steampunk setting as opposed to the more conventional fantasy of previous titles in the series.
