With the launch of FIFA 22, EA Sports is experimenting with new things with this new chapter of the famous football-themed video game series, and testament to this is the sale of anime themed cosmetic items.
FIFA 22 was launched in recent days and at the same time as this launch the first cosmetic items arrived in the in-game store which surprisingly, as mentioned at the beginning of the article, are themed anime and revolve around a character called Mirai, which was invented by EA complete with narrative background, as the official description says:
Mirai, a novice pilot-engineer and his ancient mecha, Kako, faced the first Tier XI Kaiju in history. When Mirai bravely challenged the Kaiju, Kako was empowered by the strength of her soul. Celebrate the legend of Mirai’s Mecha Soul with in-store exclusive customization items available now for a limited time.
It must be specified that all these cosmetic items will be withdrawn from the in-game store one week after launch. These items are stadium-related cosmetics (cheering, banners, etc.), home and away kits and a team crest. The package in question can be purchased or with 135 thousand FUT Coins or with 1,500 FIFA Coins (equal to approx 15 euros). The contents of the package can also be purchased individually.
Among the objects available we also find, there are a giant statue can be positioned at the corners of the playing field (at the price of 36 thousand FUT Coins or 400 FIFA Points, or 4 euros) And a VIP area (at the price of 45 thousand FUT Coins or 500 FIFA Points, or 5 €).
FIFA 22 is currently available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and Google Stadia.
