The market of November, not too positive in general terms for Italy with a drop of 24% on 2020 and 30% on 2019, did not produce particular surprises in terms of the top ten. Indeed Fiat Panda dominated the scene as usual, with a solid record in terms of new registrations. The price / use ratio of the car is still very good for many motorists, who with the light hybrid version can take the very first small step towards electrification.
The most interesting fight, in November, was for the other podium positions. In fact, in the ranking, in a range between 3,200 and 2,900 registrations, they placed themselves in order Lancia Ypsilon, Dacia Duster, Dacia Sandero and Fiat 500. Challenge between the former FCA and Dacia, in short, with Duster which is consequently the best-selling SUV on the Italian market. Here is the complete ranking, complete with data on monthly registrations:
1 Fiat Panda 8.815
2 Lancia Ypsilon 3.208
3 Dacia Duster 2.994
4 Dacia Sandero 2.971
5 Fiat 500 2,918
6 Citroen C3 2.673
7 Toyota Yaris Cross 2.657
8 Volkswagen T-Roc 2.420
9 Jeep Compass 2,197
10 Jeep Renegade 2.087
In cumulative, that is, in the list of cars sold between January and the end of November, the Panda commands a huge advantage over the Fiat 500, and in this case Dacia is discounting a somewhat muted start of the year. Indeed Stellantis occupies the first four positions.
1 Fiat Panda 105.616

3 Lancia Ypsilon 41.525
4 Jeep Renegade 33.116

Among the various segments, excellent performance in October of Hyundai I10 (segment A), BMW X1 (at the head of segment D ahead of Ford Kuga and Alfa Romeo Stelvio) e Tesla Model Y, which made a void in the E segment ahead of Mercedes GLE and Porsche Cayenne. In the derelict station wagon segment, he commands Toyota Corolla ahead of Fiat Tipo and Audi A4, with the Turin car leading the annual rankings. Among the coupes there is an electric in great shape: Porsche Taycan, with 84 registrations. As proof that luxury knows no crisis, the coupe-type bodywork is the only one to have monthly data that is better than November 2020.
