Mexico.- The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) will appeal the suspension granted Jesús Murillo Karam against his involvement in proceedings for the Ayotzinapa caseannounced the Undersecretary for Human Rights, Alexander Encinas.
In AMLO’s La Mañanera on September 23, after Murillo Karam obtained a protection against being linked to the processEncinas announced that the FGR will file an appeal against the provisional suspension, which has not been notified to the federal government.
“The Prosecutor’s Office will not only present the appeal to that resolutionwill also strengthen all the information and accreditation of evidence so that this does not happen, and we hope that the judicial process continues on its way,” said the Undersecretary for Human Rights.
Yesterday, September 22, Yazmín Eréndira Ruiz, Sixteenth District Judge for Criminal Amparo, granted the former Attorney General of the Republic (PGR) a provisional suspension against his involvement in a trial for the crimes of torture, forced disappearance and against the administration of justice.
The judicial resolution allows Murillo Karam to be linked to the process until the intermediate stage of the trial, the beginning of which will not be slowed down, and subsequently cannot be carried out until there is a sentence in his amparo claim.
“Let the responsible jurisdictional authority know that it must suspend the procedure in what corresponds to the complainant, once the intermediate stage is closed and until the resolution that falls on the present amparo trial is notified,” ordered the federal judge.
It should be remembered that the presumed intellectual author of the “historical truth” of the Ayotzinapa case presented two requests for protection to stop separately the justified preventive detention and the link to the process that was dictated by the control judge.

In another fact, the AMLO government announced that it will file a criminal complaint against federal judge Samuel Ventura, who this week acquitted 24 municipal police officers allegedly involved in the disappearance of the 43 normalistas.
This is the same judge who in recent days acquitted José Luis Abarca, former mayor of Iguala, for the crime of kidnapping, and who in total has issued more than 120 acquittals in favor of those allegedly involved in the case. “This is the justice defended by the figureheads of the ‘historical truth,'” criticized Alejandro Encinas.
