Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- After this State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) presented the evidence that proves his responsibility in the crime of drug dealingYonathan “R” was sentenced to serve a sentence of 3 years in prison and the payment of a fine.
In the investigation folder initiated by the Agency of the Public Ministry Specialized in Crimes against health in its modality of drug dealing in the southern region of the state, it is established that the sentenced person today operated the sale of narcotics in the Francisco Villa neighborhood of this city of Mazatlan.
Through ministerial work, it was possible to prove in Criminal Case 237/2020 that Yonathan “R” committed crimes against health in his form of drug dealing in his variant of possession of marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine for commercial purposes.
For this crime, he was detained in flagrante delicto and made available to the MP, who immediately opened an investigation folder where the evidence was obtained with which the Control Judge linked to the process in the initial hearing held on October 24, 2020.
However, by demand of the Defense, a conditional suspension of the process was authorized, carried out on November 20, 2020, although under certain conditions, which Yonathan “R” failed to comply with, so the process against him was reactivated on November 23, 2021. .

On February 22, 2022, the hearing is presented to request an Abbreviated Procedure, where a conviction is issued and Yonathan “R” is imposed, in addition to the prison sentence, the payment of 6,950 pesos. The defense then requested the conditional suspension of execution of the sentence
