New details emerge relating to the heir to Ferrari LaFerrari, launched at the beginning of 2013. Soon the hypercar from the Maranello company will be replaced by a new hypercar, currently known as F250: its debut has not yet been officially announced, even if the latest rumors spoke of the end of 2024. Meanwhile, a prototype of the new model was recently immortalized up close as it left the Maranello factory.
The successor to the LaFerrari is coming
The many camouflages and numerous temporary body panels have prevented us from getting a more precise idea of what the design of this new hypercar. According to Carscoops, however, it will be equipped with a bulbous roof and windshield, a shape not dissimilar to that found on a racing car prototype, while the front part of the carin addition to being very low, will feature large air intakes on the bonnet and some active aerodynamic fins hidden under the front grille to aid aerodynamics.

But that’s not all: it seems that the prototype in question is equipped with butterfly door, while in the rear part the presence of an imposing wing stands out. Separate mention for the exhaust system: the prototype spotted outside the Maranello headquarters indeed features two fake exhaust pipes rear, although the original exhausts are mounted centrally just like on the 296 GTB.
1,000 HP V6?
Final gloss on performance. At the moment we don’t know for sure which engine will be hidden under the hood of this hypercar, even if there are rumors of the possible installation of a powerful V6: if this were the case, no V12 like the new 12Cilindri or V8 like the SF90, therefore, rather a V6 related in all probability to the engine found in the 296. As for the overall power, finally, we are talking more about 1,000 HP of output.
