Ferrari towards 2024
Winter, time of hope. Since there is no track to make judgements, Formula 1 teams have to rely on simulators to try to understand if and how much they have gained compared to the previous project.
Hopefully, for now, even in Ferrari. Marc Genespeaking at the Grand Gala Sports World he let slip a phrase that encourages the Scuderia fans in view of the upcoming season. According to the Spaniard, in fact, this year's conditions are better than those of 2023 which has almost never seen the Red team fight for victory.
Gene's words
“We can only say what the simulator and the pilots' sensations tell us. The track is always the final judge but it's true that last year, at this stage, we weren't entirely convinced of the car precisely because of what the simulator was telling us; this year the sensations are very different. But we still have to wait to see the car on the track and then in the pre-season test in Bahrain“.
Ferrari on the track
The new Red will make its debut on the Fiorano track on 13 February, the day of the presentation, but naturally the first feedback with its rivals will be given by the pre-season tests scheduled on the Sakhir track (Bahrain) from 21 to 23 February.
