The Milan Financial Police sent a note to the Milan Deputy Eugenio Fusco on the Balocco-Ferragni affair, which seems to change the tables on the matter and which could soon lead to the hypothesis of the crime of fraud.
From what we learn, more attachments were delivered with respect to the sale of the pandoro and starting from what had already been acquired by the Antitrust, some aspects that had already emerged in the Guarantor's papers were valorised, furthermore the emails between the confectionery group and the digital entrepreneur were acquired which would present aspects that caught the attention of the investigators. Aspects on which the Milan prosecutor's office will now have to draw its conclusions: if initially the crime of fraud had been 'discarded', now the elements collected would seem to support this crime hypothesis.
The investigation into the 'Pandoro Pink Christmas' designed by Chiara Ferragni and part of a charity campaign risks costing the influencer who has already been fined one million euros by the Antitrust for misleading advertising. This is the most controversial contract even if there are two other open fronts: the Economic-Financial Police Unit of the Gdf is also investigating the operation relating to Dolci Preziosi's Easter eggs and the doll in its image and likeness whose proceeds are been employed in the fight against cyberbullying.
Already in the next few hours the file on the Balocco-Ferragni case could no longer be against unknown persons. Furthermore, some of the prosecutors who had opened a file after the Codacons complaint turned to the deputy Eugenio Fusco to send the papers to Milan which could be the competent prosecutor's office in the case.
