The market for NFT and the world of blockchainin each of the sectors they embrace, have been particularly discussed, due to ideas in several cases rather pessimistic as regards the usefulness of the technologies in question and their value, precisely the case of the well-known singer Fedez.
Let’s talk about the Italian celebrity who has made many successful albums, to the point of arriving together with Chiara Ferragni to be the protagonist of an Amazon series, which with excellent probability over the next few months will not find itself investing in this world.
In fact, over the last few months, Fedez has had the opportunity to discuss NFTs, defining them as one technology that has never worked and that does not work, for several reasons. According to the singer, in fact, it is the desire to bring art to an all too narrow target, that of wealthy individuals who work in the world of technology, with Silicon Valley being taken as an example.
Deepening the issue further in a recent live, the rapper explained in a rather colorful and detailed way further details on his motivations, explaining however that has not yet had the opportunity to inquire in depthwhich is why it is good to take his as “hot impressions”.
According to Fedez, NFTs don’t really make much sense precisely because the concept of the exclusive ownership of some online materials is not enhanced by the very value of the works in question. For the entrepreneur, owning an important picture in digital form – thus registering their ownership on the blockchain – would be a nice achievement, but the fact that the most popular tokens are ugly drawings and representations it belittles this possibility.
This is certainly not the only celebrity opposed to this market, which in several cases finds itself collapsing and rising, also with regard to cryptocurrencies, but which could become a new standard over the next few years.
