The Italian Ministry of Health has in fact downgraded Moldova in the list of E countries: to reach the Sheriff stadium you have to pass it
Bad news for the Inter fans who wanted to follow the team from Italy in the away match against Sheriff. The Italian Ministry of Health has in fact downgraded Moldova in the list of E countries. This means that since last October 25 entry into this country is not allowed for tourism or leisure reasons, but only and exclusively for work, study, health reasons and for reasons of absolute urgency. Exempted from these obligations, otherwise the match could not have been played, the athletes participating in sporting competitions of national interest and accompanying persons.
Although Tiraspol is located in Transnistria – a state de facto however not recognized by the international authorities – and currently you do not even need the green pass to enter, with the borders that remain open also for reasons related to tourism, the best logistics to get to the Sheriff’s stadium remained to land on Chisinau and then reach in car or train the customs of the one also known as the Moldavian Republic of Pridniestrov. Obviously i supporter Nerazzurri who live abroad will have to act according to the decisions of the state in which they are located, with the limitations that may be different.
Except for exceptions, however, it is also good to know that anyone coming to Italy from Moldova, must necessarily undergo a molecular or antigenic test dating back to no more than 72 hours of arrival, fill in the Passenger Locator Form and subsequently submit to fiduciary isolation and health surveillance for 10 days in the place.
