Kaynath Fatima, daughter of Shahzman Khan, a resident of Sarai of Tartarpur police station area in Bhagalpur, has demanded death from the President. You may find it strange to hear all this, but it is true. After knowing the full truth of this, believe me, you will be shaken from inside. Actually, Kaynat Fatima has lost to the corrupt system even after winning the legal battle. Not only this, his father Shahzman Khan and mother Monawwar Sultana have also died in this intricate legal battle a few days ago. At the same time, it is on the shoulders of Kayanat Fatima to take care of her two younger sisters.
BSNL Exchange Office officials devastate entire family!
On the question of seeking willful death from the President, Kaynat Fatima said that there is a BSNL exchange office at his private residence. But even after 11 years of the time of the agreement, BSNL is not vacating their house. Not only this, now she has become very upset due to the arbitrariness of the officials of BSNL office. In this regard, Kayanat Fatima believes that he had an agreement with BSNL for 7 years. This agreement was done by his father on 26 September 2002 with a rent of Rs 4850 each month, which has ended on 26 September 2009. Despite this, BSNL’s office could not be shifted elsewhere from Fatima’s house. Kayjat’s deceased father Shahjaman Khan wrote several times to BSNL officials to vacate the house. Through the letter, I requested to empty my small house. But the lice will not get caught in the officers’ ears. If Fatima is to be believed, her father had a major kidney disease. After this, he died on 4 January 2016.
Kayanat’s mother takes over after father’s death
The legal battle against BSNL did not stop after the death of Kayanat Fatima’s father. In this battle, Kayanat Fatima’s mother, Monavar Sultana, took the front. But she could not succeed in this fight either. He died of a deadly disease like cancer. Even after so many incidents, BSNL officials did not lose heart. The authorities started threatening Kaynat Fatima instead of vacating the house.
After the death of the parents, Kaynat Fatima fought a legal battle
Kaynat Fatima decided to fight a legal battle to vacate the house after the parents’ demise. She also won in it. BSNL officials submitted an affidavit in the court stating that in 2019 BSNL will vacate the private house of Kaynat Fatima. But they say there is a great difference between words and actions. This happened BSNL officials have not vacated the house yet.
DMNL’s verbal orders were also shown by BSNL officials
Kayanat Fatima said that Bhagalpur District Collector Pranab Kumar had also given a verbal order to transfer BSNL officials to the exchange office elsewhere by 31 March 2020. But where the BSNL officials were going to believe so soon. He had to do what he wanted to do. Eventually BSNL did not vacate Kayanat Fatima’s house. Not only this, the officials told Kayanat that they had not received the DM’s written order, so they were not obliged to accept the oral order. In this regard, BSNL GM Mahesh Kumar said that it is a judicial matter. He will not interfere in this. Even he refused to say anything in this regard.
