Famous Scottish-born DJ and pop artist Calvin Harris has decided to get rid of one of his mansions in the United States. The musician put up for sale the estate in the Los Angeles area of Beverly Crest (Beverly Crest), which he owned for the last eight years, writes The Los Angeles Times.
From the sale of real estate, Harris expects to receive $ 25 million (more than two billion rubles) – $ 10 million more than he paid for the purchase in 2014. This cost is due to the large-scale repairs that the DJ carried out on the territory during his stay.

There are five buildings on the over one hectare site – the main house, a two-story guest house with two recording studios, a five-car garage that converts into a cinema, a security room and a separate gym. The facades of the main mansion are painted white and decorated with hedges.
Wood, marble and brick were used in the decoration of the premises. In total, the estate has 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The yard has several gardens, a swimming pool with a seating area and a gazebo, as well as a basketball court and a ping-pong table.
In June 2021, French DJ David Guetta put up for sale an elite apartment in Miami Beach for $14 million (about 1.2 billion rubles). However, the musician wanted to receive the amount for the purchase of real estate in cryptocurrency – in bitcoins or Ethereum.
