The Minister of Health, Marcelo Queiroga, said that “gives human nature there are flaws” when asked by journalists this Tuesday (5.Oct.2021) about having made obscene gestures to protesters on September 20, during the General Assembly of the United Nations, in New York (USA).
“Of course we are human, and it is human nature to have flaws. There’s even that classic parable from the Bible, where Jesus made a line on the ground and said: ‘Here, whoever has no sin, cast the first stone.’ So let’s keep working for Brazil, to help our country out of this health crisis“, said the minister.

The gestures took place when anti-government protesters approached the van carrying part of President Jair Bolsonaro’s (non-party) entourage.
