The Argentine soccer player defends himself after the controversy took flight.

The red card that the referee Wílmar Roldán showed to the Argentine Facundo Bonéfrom Deportivo Pasto, was decisive for the match that, finally, América won 4-0 to continue in the fight for classification to the semi-finals of the League.

The Nariñense team published a video showing the moment of Boné’s expulsion. Apparently, there is no reason for Roldán to have given him the second yellow card.

The journalist Julián Céspedes, on his Twitter account, assured that he spoke with the Antioquia referee and he explained the cause of the expulsion.

According to Céspedes’ version, Roldán showed Boné a yellow card for failing his work with gestures, and then the Argentine told him ‘Go shit’, for which he ended up expelled.

Now, Boné is the one who takes the floor.

‘That’s all lies’

“I don’t want to talk much more about it, butor didn’t I say “fuck off, that’s all lies“, Boné said in a chat with ‘Caracol radio’.

“Not even the first yellow card was fair,” he added.

“When he gives me the second yellow, I tell him: ‘I didn’t tell you anything’ and he expels me,” revealed the Argentine.

So far, Roldán has not spoken publicly about what happened.
