Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- With the firm objective of continuing to strengthen and seek the best training for future professionals in agriculture, the Faculty of Agriculture of Valle del Fuertelocated in Juan José Ríos, Sinaloa, strengthened its Experimental Unit.
In it, various agricultural research projects are carried out and evaluation of new crops such as blueberry, fig and blackberryamong others, that without a doubt are of great interest to all producers, and they are sure to provide students with more tools and better preparation so that they are in a position to provide more specialized advice for the benefit of farmers once they leave the institution.

Fernando Valenzuela Escoboza, general director of the institution dependent on the UAS, said that as in the rest of the university’s campuses, in this return to classes all prevention measures are being fulfilled to avoid contagion between the students and the teaching and administrative staff, following the recommendations provided by the university authorities headed by the rector Jesús Madueña Molina.
He announced that at this stage it is carried out with 50% of the students, who will be alternating regarding the return to avoid concentrations within the institution.

He stated that in compliance with the sanitary protocols, a sanitary filter is operated in the entrance area of the institution, where personnel provide sanitizing gel to both teachers and students who are entering and take their temperature in order to verify that do not enter anyone sick.
