You just read our guide on how to censor faces with Hotpot AI Face Blurrer and you just don’t like the watermark but don’t want to pay? Face Blur App could be the alternative for you!
Face Blur App: censor faces online
Before starting you should know that this tool, although it is completely free and without any type of watermark, has fewer options and fewer features than the tool created by Hotpot. It does not allow you to censor the text, nor does it allow you to choose the level of censorship applied to faces.
Face Blur App in fact does not apply a blur in the area of the photo affected by people’s faces, but places a black square over it.
Having made this necessary premise, if you still want to proceed, first you will need to go to the web app (an online application that can be accessed through a site, without downloading and / or installing executables) of Face Blur by following this link.
You will now have to click on the yellow “Upload Photo” button to upload the photo to be censored on the web app. After a few seconds your photo will be processed by an artificial intelligence and will take the place of the face with the blue rectangle. To save the photo, as in any site you can right click on the photo then “Save image as”.
