In the paddock of the Sakhir circuit, the background noise of the professionals, engaged in the assembly of single-seaters and boxes, was occasionally overwhelmed by the passage of a single-seater on the track.
McLaren was expected, as scheduled, for a long-announced filming day, but in reality there were two cars on the track today in Bahrain.
Surprisingly, Aston Martin also drove, also for a filming day in which both Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll alternated at the wheel of the AMR22.
In the Barcelona tests, the British team completed good mileage in the first two days, before ending the Spanish tests early due to a problem with the Mercedes power unit.
Today Vettel and Stroll shared the hundred kilometers available, for a general test in view of the tests that will start tomorrow morning.
Between one run and the next there were long pauses, partly motivated by the positioning of the video and photographic equipment that are used in the filming days, but also for checks by the technical staff: on the AMR22 new mirror supports were noticed that they have the function of flow diverter.

The hundred kilometers have been completed quite quickly, and now everything is ready in view of the green light which will start tomorrow at 10 local time.
