About to close hypermarket units in Brazil, Extra is selling off products in the electronics, bazaar and textile categories. There are more than 100 units with up to 50% discount on these items.
Announced in October, the Extra hypermarket segment will be transferred to the wholesaler Assaí. The idea is to adapt these stores to the wholesaler pattern, offering products at wholesale retail prices.

In the next few days the items will be liquidated until the entire stock of the units is sold. Therefore, the stores will make special conditions for customers:
– The electronics sector will have products above R$500 with the option to pay up to 30 installments;
+ Antonio Freixo, the manager who set up Banco Garantia’s offshore operation in the Bahamas
– Bikes and tires can be paid in up to 24 installments on Extra cards, without interest;
– Gardening, stationery and tools in general are with discounts of up to 40%;
– Automotive accessories with discounts of up to 40%;
– Childcare and Extra Fashion with up to 40% discount.
Remember that only Extra hypermarket stores will no longer exist. Another 300 points of sale in the Mercado Extra and Mini Extra networks, as well as e-commerce Extra Club and the app will remain active normally.
