Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The group of Executive Women Entrepreneurs of Sinaloa AC carried out the X edition of the delivery of the Women’s AwardThis on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
The important ceremony took place at the Angela Peralta theater, where the work of 8 women who have stood out in different fields was recognized, including Yolanda Prat, with the Journalism award; Esther Osuna, awarded social work; Zoila Fernández, Culture; Sandra Cota, executive; Maria Consuelo Berrelleza, culinary art, Veronica Olivera and Catalina Castañeda, both distinguished partners, as well as the Business Award to Cristina Velarde.
The first medal of the night went to Yolanda Prattwho for health reasons could not be present, but her granddaughter Paloma Prat Loaiza received her on her behalf.
The audience present applauded the outstanding work that the journalist carried out for more than 30 years, but also family, friends and colleagues congratulated her through a video and recognized the professionalism, dedication and passion that she always showed in her work, in addition to being a great human being.
Yolanda Prat was born in Mexico City, but it was in this city where she achieved her dreams. She is the mother of 3 children, the last one was born here in Mazatlan.
He collaborated in El Sol de Mazatlán and years later in La Talacha. Likewise, he was part of the newspaper El Demócrata.
He also worked in journalism for the evening paper Adelante and did radio for the national news program Notisat.
