One is not completely prepared for certain types of movies that give another perspective on life. “Matrix”, “Paprika” and “Inception” are some of these rare specimens. Is now “Everything everywhere all at eleven” the film that has impressed us by expanding the horizons with grandiloquence, a devilish pace and without ever losing focus on the characters. The sponsorship of A24 was its seal of guarantee and its success is a recognition of its quality.
As its synopsis indicates, Evelyn (Michelle Yeoh) is a Chinese immigrant dissatisfied with her life fighting to prevent her world from falling on her. As if this were not enough, an interdimensional rupture threatens to destroy the multiverse and she is the only one capable of saving existence. This is how she begins her fascinating odyssey and unexpected discovery of the meaning of life. This is the adventure that neither the protagonist nor the viewers knew we needed and now we can’t stop thinking about it.

Without much preamble, “Everything everywhere all at once” plunges us into the theory of the multiverse and many complex concepts. Despite this, one cannot help but fall asleep and marvel at the true human drama in the background. It is very difficult not to sympathize with this one and be surprised with the way they link it. The dazzling embellishments and overwhelming force of a blockbuster are there, but so is the heart. A brilliant example of the best contemporary cinema that shuns mediocrity and takes advantage of its full potential.
What at first seems nonsense, in the end we can see how every detail was rigorously thought out as part of a tremendous whole. At this point, the question is no longer whether to watch the movie, but: how many times should I watch it? Whether to capture all the details or be amazed by its range of emotions, it is an inexhaustible, unique and original experience that no one should miss.
