The renowned Mexican comedian Eugenio Derbez prepares his return to the screens with the premiere of the third season from LOL: last one laughing, Amazon’s award-winning series where ten comedians will do their best to keep their faces straight while making others laugh.
As announced by Prime Video, the new season of the reality show will be available on said streaming platform from next December 10 and will have only six episodes.
So far they have only been revealed four of the ten comedians that will be part of the new edition of the program and will compete to win the prize of 1,000,000 pesos. They are Mau Nieto, Gaby Navarro, Hugo ‘El Cojo Feliz’ and Ricardo Pérez. The rest of the names are expected to be released in the coming days.

In the past seasons, the comedians who took the win were the Golden Scorpion, Alex Fernández and Ricardo O ‘Farril. Now, this new production promises to bring many more laughs and surprises to its viewers.
In 2020, Eugenio Derbez received his first Emmy Award in the category of best presenter of a daytime program in Spanish thanks to his participation as a host in the second season of LOL: last one laughing.

LOL: last one laughing is a Mexican adaptation of the popular Amazon series Hitoshi Matsumoto presents documentaryProduced by and starring Hitoshi Matsumoto himself, one of the most popular comedians and television presenters in Japan. In this original version, ten comedians bet money in a laughing battle behind closed doors, where anything is valid.

As well as in Mexico, this series was adapted for audiences in Australia, Germany, Spain, France and Italy, among others.
