“This is another heinous act in a series of attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure by the Russian armed forces. The continued bombing of civilians and civilian targets is reprehensible and totally unacceptable and represents war crimes,” stressed the head of diplomacy. European.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 25 injured people are hospitalized in intensive care in the hospital of Kremenchuk, a city in the Poltava region that before the war had about 220,000 inhabitants.
Until now the city center had not been attacked, only industrial facilities and a refinery located on the outskirts. The Amstar shopping center, located in the center of the city, is not far from an industrial complex, which may have been the real target of the attack.
