In the case of political trials, he explained that they continue and despite Estrada Ferreiro’s immunity, the procedure runs on different routes, there is a right to a hearing, defense and he may attend the Plenary, to exercise his right, but it is already in the times of conclusion.
He pointed out that in the Investigating Commission there are two files, one that refers to the Public Security Law, which includes the amparo with a temporary suspension resolution until the fund is resolved and orders not to dismiss him. In the second, the reforms to article 50 of the Drinking Water and Sewerage Law of the State of Sinaloa, which are not paralyzed and the conclusions will depend if the disqualification from holding public office is reached.
