Abandoned a building is burning in open flames in Espoo, the rescue service announced on Sunday. The fire was reported on Sunday a little before four in the afternoon.
The fire place is Lintukorve in Lintuvaara, Espoo. According to the rescue service, smoke is spreading in the direction of Kyyhkysmäki and Rastaspuisto. Residents of the area are advised to close doors, windows and air conditioners due to possible smoke damage.
The burning house is located at Lintukorpi 8, next to the car repair shop. There are detached houses on the other side of the road. The road is closed at the scene of the fire, the rescue service announced at 5 p.m.
