Democrat magazine according to the Minister of Justice Fly Sea (ps) wants to find out about the abolition of the Elokapina.
“I would hope that it would be clarified in the sense that we would get an answer now. To not just be silent, but to take a stand on things. What the authorities, the prosecutors or the Police Board think, whether there are conditions, is another question,” says Meri in an interview with the newspaper.

“I’ve already asked the department if there’s anything in the law that would currently create obstacles for the authorities to intervene when you’re camping, for example – so it’s a completely different thing to pass and march past than to camp in the middle of the road for hours,” says Meri in an interview with the magazine.
Environmental movement calling for the abolition of the Elokaupina citizen initiative is advancing to parliament. The initiative collected the 50,000 signatures needed for the parliamentary hearing in two days.
The citizen’s initiative gathered support after Elokapina broke ground together with the Swedish environmental movement Parliament building with red paint.
