The Complaints and Complaints Commission of the National Electoral Institute (INE) ordered the governor of Jalisco, Enrique Alfaro that before 3:00 p.m. this Friday, you must delete the publications of his social networks of July 22 and 26 in which he violated the ban by the popular consultation, improperly spreading government propaganda.
Morena filed two complaints against the governor of Jalisco for the publications of these two days, in which he highlighted actions by his government that were prohibited in the closed time of the popular consultation.
Alfaro highlighted a project to support passage for public transport for working women and achievements in public works such as “My Macro Periférico” with a transfer rate of 50 percent, which is a violation during closed times.
The project approved unanimously granted Morena precautionary measures “since the analysis of the publications shows that they reproduce and highlight government programs, achievements and actions that can be classified as government propaganda contrary to the established exceptions ”.
The councilors of the committee stressed that it is a case similar to that of the president Andrés Manuel López Obrador who spread improper propaganda on his morning of June 19 through the Undersecretary of Welfare, Ariadna Montiel and he was ordered to retire in the morning.
