ENIT: ROBERTA GARIBALDI NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Change at the top of Enit. Professor Roberta Garibaldi replaces Dr. Giuseppe Albeggiani as CEO of Enit-National Tourism Agency. The designation comes from the Minister of Tourism, Massimo Garavaglia.
Roberta Garibaldi, professor of Tourism Management at the University of Bergamo, has been professionally dealing with tourism in the academic and institutional fields for more than 20 years. It carries out research, training and consultancy activities, following applied projects for the development of destinations and tourism networks in Italy and in the world. He is the author of numerous books and scientific articles. For several years she has dedicated herself, in particular, to food and wine tourism, taking care of the Annual Report on Italian Food and Wine Tourism. He is a speaker at major conferences worldwide, from UNWTO - the United Nations tourism agency - to the World Economic Forum in Davos. He is in many scientific committees and national and international associations.
