This is a tip for perfectly cooking pasta. They are our best friends from the containment-curfew-depression -start of cooking-reconfinement chain, so as long as they don’t stick to the pan and the cooking is perfectly successful.
Do you know, for example, the cooking time of linguine al dente? For Barilla it’s 8 min, for others 7 min. To avoid mistakes and boredom, the great pasta brand has decided to launch a special pasta cooking music playlist online. And then there is the winning trifecta since you make good pasta, you liven up your curfew and at the same time you discover Italian music.
For example, we have the linguine playlist, with four songs for an exact total of 10 min and a perfect cooking of the product according to the brand:
