According to the energy service company Väree, the price of Finnish electricity will also be raised by the fact that wind power production in Finland will remain low. At the same time, the sharp rise in the price of electricity in Central Europe will raise the price of imported electricity.

The electricity user can influence his costs by reducing electricity consumption. It can be seen from Nordpool’s hourly prices that exchange electricity, especially in the morning and morning hours, is exceptionally expensive.

“It is worth working to reduce electricity consumption in the early part of the week between 7 am and 8 pm. During the rest of the week, wind production will return to normal and hourly price fluctuations will level off considerably, ”the company’s press release states.
