After arriving on PC, Switch and Xbox, the PlayStation version was delayed for technical reasons.
Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights arrived a few weeks ago, releasing on PC after half a year of Early Access, as well as on Switch and Xbox. He had planned a version of the game for PS4, but it was delayed due to technical problems. Now, from Binary Haze Interactive they have confirmed that it already has a date on the Sony console, where it will be released from next July 20th.
The game has been one of the best-rated indies of the year, and has triumphed among critics. Because of its style, some place it at the height of Hollow Knight, and it seems one of the clear surprises of the year. In fact, it drinks from a very similar style, with a development metroidvania with souls-like elements in which exploration, tactical combat and an evocative story keep you glued to the end.
Ender Lilies is one of the most pleasant surprises of the yearThis 2D side-scrolling adventure tells us a tragic tale in which we embody Lily, a helpless girl that awakens in a kingdom in which everything is wrapped under the mantle of the mortal flood. To overcome adversity, you must receive the help of warrior spirits who will offer you their projection to fulfill your mission on a path full of fearsome enemies.
If you want to know more about the game, we invite you to read our analysis of Ender Lilies. Our colleague Adrián Suárez highlights “his good design of combat areas and jumps, a great artistic design, a combat that ends up gaining a lot of depth, some memorable bosses and a world that you want to make the most of.”
